Hurley OKs $5,700 for library activities
“The library programs that we’ve asked for … is not something that we’ve been able to fund in other means,” she said. “We’ve proposed a bus trip to the Bronx Zoo, that’s something that the town has traditionally done in different ways. So this was a different way to do it to make it very, very affordable for families to take bus trips.”
The libraries are also considering conducting soup lunches.
