Per the town’s policy at beginning of TB meetings: “Public Comments - comments from the public shall pertain to items on the agenda. Comments shall be no more than two minutes. This is a time for the public to ask questions and to comment on pending legislation, proposed projects or general concerns about town business. Questions and comments shall be respectful. Personal attacks are not permitted.”
