Town seeks bids to sealcoat paved trail parallel to Route 209
The town has issued a "Request for Proposals" (RFP) for contractors to bid on sealcoating the entire length and width of the paved trail in Hurley, parallel to U.S. Route 209.
The RFP, which includes instructions for submitting a bid, is attached to this announcement as a PDF file.
The sealcoating must be completed with an asphalt-based or a similar latex-based sealant. The selected contractor also must edge and trim the grass along the sides of the blacktop and blow off debris before applying the sealant.
The work is to be completed prior to Aug. 15, 2023.
