Agenda Call to Order Public Comments: Public Comment – At Board meetings, this is a time for the public to comment on pending legislation, proposed projects or general concerns about town business. Public comments during workshop meetings should be specific to items on that particular agenda. Board members will acknowledge the comments but not engage in direct dialogue. Comments shall be no more than two minutes. If more time is needed, written comments may be submitted to the clerk. Comments shall be respectful: Personal attacks are not permitted or that individual will be asked to leave.
