Christmas trees can be left at curb for pickup

From Town of Hurley Highway Superintendent Mike Shultis:

Crews will be on the lookout for Christmas trees over the next week, so please get them out to the curb, but don't place in the street or if a snowstorm is expected. Don't want them to get plowed into a snow bank for the winter

On a good note, Mother Nature has been good to us this past week, melting much of the ice hazards that developed after last week's rain and extreme temperature drop.

As always, if you see something that needs our attention please call Michele in the office, (845) 338-4067.
