Hurley Snow Emergency Parking Rules
Vehicles that park on roadways in Hurley need to be removed from the roadways within one hour of the commencement of any snowfall or precipitation event and remain off the roadways until one day after the snow or precipitation event.
Any vehicles that are parked or abandoned on a town-maintained roadway during a weather event can be towed at the owner’s expense.
We want to make sure that we are keeping the 54 miles of maintained roadways safe for everyone. Please do not park on roadways during weather events so we are able to do the best job we can for everyone.
