Town seeks proposals for 'zero waste' implementation

The town is seeking proposals from a company, or a collaboration of companies, to be part of a public-private partnership that will plan, provide grant application assistance for and administer a zero-waste management system to meet the town’s goal of recovering 90% of the its solid waste.
